Golden moon milk recipe



This caffeine free herbal potion is incredibly soothing. With a subtle sweetness and warming spices, it always elevates my fall and winter evenings.


To make it, we combine the restorative adaptogen Ashwagandha with warming herbs to soothe digestion and turmeric to fight inflammation.


It’s called moon milk for a reason. This is the perfect beverage to sip on when the moon is out and you need to get ready for a deep nights sleep.



The method:


  • 1 cup milk

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric

  • 1/4 tsp Ashwagandha

  • pinch of ginger, cloves & black pepper

  • 1 tsp raw honey

  • 1 tsp coconut oil


Over medium-low heat, add the coconut oil into a pot, followed by all of the spices & stir to combine. Top with milk and whisk often while it heats through. Remove from heat, add honey, and enjoy!
