chamomile-ashwagandha tea recipe



I'm always finding new ways to incorporate Ashwagandha into my routine. It's one of my favourite restorative adaptogens to have before bed (because it can help with sleep! -read more about ashwagandha's benefits in a previous blog post). Mixing it with chamomile makes it the perfect pre-bed tea.


I also love incorporating rose petals in here because of their beautiful heart opening & uplifting properties. All of the mentioned herbs are also beautiful for nourishing your nervous system, which let's be honest... we all need!


The method:

Combine the following herbs, then use one tsp per cup of boiling water! Make as large or small of a batch as you'd like.


  • 2 parts chamomile

  • 1 part ashwagandha

  • 1 part rose petals

  • 1 part cinnamon
